BESPOKE SYSTEMS

Halyard specialise in custom manufacture. The majority of our production is in high quality, bespoke exhaust systems, supplied to the worldwide superyacht, commercial and leisure industry, optimised to maximise noise attenuation to ensure maximum comfort onboard.

Halyard is the only company in the World able to manufacture an entire exhaust solution from “turbo to transom” inhouse, ensuring complete control of the quality and manufacturing process. For the dry section of an exhaust system Halyard will manufacture in steel, stainless steel or Alloy 625 “Inconel” depending on the specific requirement of the silencer, riser or spray ring. Moving into the wet section, Halyard is again unique as the only company Worldwide to have Lloyd’s Type approval on its entire range of GRP exhaust components, hose and silicone couplings.

We offer a complete project management and custom design service to our clients internationally. From concept to final drawings presented in 2D and 3D CAD, we will consistently deliver high quality and innovative products, manufactured to the company’s exacting standards to ensure complete reliability and performance. Our service and support starts from initial concept designs through to assistance during manufacture and installation, right through to final sea trials. Throughout any project the company’s integrated 3D CAD technology enables fast and accurate document and design exchange and delivery, anywhere in the world, to ensure the project is fully documented and recorded.

In 2006, Halyard’s design innovation was recognised by the presentation of the prestigious Queen’s Award for Innovation. This was for the company’s design and development of a new range of highly effective exhaust silencers for large powerboats, work which led to our brand new Patent protected Resonator Silencer, that has set new standards in noise reduction on twin engine power boats.

Provide us with the key dimensions from the engine space, engine specification plus the noise attenuation you are looking to achieve and we will do the rest.
