From turbo to transom
At Halyard, we don’t rely on outside contractors to produce our components for us. Everything we supply: stainless steel dry section exhausts and risers, our unique water injection sprayheads, high temperature GRP and resin transfer moulded silencers, hand built high temperature marine diesel exhaust hose, 250ºC rated silicone hoses and bellows, is produced in house. As a result not only can we produce custom exhaust systems quickly, but we can also produce them to a much higher standard as we control every aspect of the quality ourselves.

All Halyard hoses and bellows and all Halyard GRP silencers carry Lloyds Register type approval and our manufacturing processes are accredited with ISO9001 quality procedures. Material selection and control is clearly critical in our design of high quality exhaust systems and this is an area of no compromise for Halyard, from the highest quality resins and fibres in our filament winding process (the base component of most silencers), through to our 250°C rated silicone hoses and bellows and the use of Inconel alloy 625 on some professional or Superyacht systems.
