He has totally re-strucured the manufacturing business of the company, working with a team of 50 staff at Halyards three factories to ensure efficiency and quality standards are achieved and exceeded. Phil also works with Jane Turner, Finance Director, on a programme to work through all operational aspects of the company to identify efficiency gains and ways in which order processing and customer service can be improved. |
